How to Apply Nasiol ZR53

Preparation

1. Conditions: Ensure the application space is between +5°C to +30°C (41°F to 86°F) and 50% relative humidity. Avoid direct sunlight and work on cool surfaces.
2. Washing: Thoroughly wash your vehicle. Use a clay bar if needed.
3. Polishing: Polish/compound the vehicle with silicone/wax-free compounds. Wash again and dry thoroughly using a compressed air gun if necessary.
4. Surface Prep: Clean to remove any residual contamination and dry with a lint-free microfiber cloth. Only work on 1m² sections at a time.

Application

1. Protection: Wear protective nitrile gloves.
2. Applicator: Place a suede cloth on the applicator block and change it every 3-4 panels.
3. Product Use: Shake gently. Pour 4-5mL of Nasiol ZR53 onto the suede cloth for each 1m² area.
4. Application: Spread gently in a crisscross motion.
5. Wiping: After 30 seconds, wipe off excess product with the light gray microfiber cloth in linear motions. Fold the cloth four times and don’t reuse sides.
6. Buffing: If too late, polish off cured product and reapply. Final buff with the dark gray microfiber cloth in circular motions.

Curing

1. Initial Care: Keep surfaces away from direct sunlight, contaminants, and water for 24 hours.
2. Full Cure: Wait 48 hours before any detergent-based washing.

Timing

• Application to a mid-size car takes 60-90 minutes.
