  • Return Window: You may return items within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • Return Shipping Costs: Returns will not be free; you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at taylorsautomotivecare@gmail.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  2. Prepare Your Return: Once we acknowledge your return request, securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, and documentation.

Please ensure you obtain proof of postage and a tracking number from your courier, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them to ensure they meet the return conditions. If the return is approved, we will process your refund using the original payment method within 3-5 business days. Please note that the initial delivery charges are non-refundable, and the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund amount.
